Hyundai Welcomes 2025 with the Launch of the New CRETA N Line Turbo and New CRETA in Indonesia

● Service @myHyundai offers easier access to service solutions, covering everything from booking to payment. Features available in Service @myHyundai include Service Reminder, Booking Service, Service Payment, Service Process, and Service History. Customers can also purchase accessories through the Genuine Accessories menu.

● Mobile Service provides periodic maintenance and vehicle servicing directly at the customer’s location. This service is designed to assist vehicle owners who are unable to visit the dealership. Hyundai now offers 90 Mobile Service units available across Indonesia.

● Body & Paint Service is available through Hyundai's extensive network of Authorized Body & Paint Workshops and Appointed Body & Paint Workshops, providing body repair and paint services.

● Booking Service allows customers to schedule Hyundai vehicle services by submitting their details and information through Hyundai’s official website.

● Free 24-Hour Roadside Assistance (via Hyundai Call Center at 0-800-1-878-878) is available during the warranty period.

● Hyundai also offers Genuine Accessories, consisting of 14 accessory items to enhance the ownership experience.

In addition, customers can also enjoy even more convenience through Hyundai Jamin, with

terms and conditions applied, which includes:

● New Car Replacement Guarantee, a guarantee for a new car replacement of the same type, color, and specifications if your vehicle sustains damage of at least 50%. This is valid for up to 1 year after the car is delivered.

● Resale Value Guarantee, offers a guarantee for customers who wish to exchange their Hyundai vehicle for another new Hyundai model. It ensures a resale value of 70% of the initial purchase price within the first 3 years of ownership.

● Payment Protection Program, is a guarantee for the settlement of the remaining installment payments if the owner experiences a traffic accident resulting in permanent physical disability, inability to perform normal physical activities to earn income, or death.

The guarantee is valid for up to 1 year after the vehicle is received and applies exclusively to Hyundai Finance customers.

● Customer Protection Program, guarantees medical care costs for drivers and passengers in case of an accident, covering up to 7 individuals with a maximum cost of IDR 100,000,000 per person. Valid for up to 1  after the car is received by the customer.

● Tire Protection Program, guaranteeing the replacement costs for purchasing new tires of the same type and size for customers.

Valid for 1 year after vehicle handover, it applies if the tires are damaged in an accident and can no longer be used. (*)
